Puhdistetaan palettia välillä Monkishin Window-sarjan uusimmalla versiolla. Fluffy Windowiin on lisätty laktoosia, jobka ajatuksena on pehmentää suutuntumaa. Tölkitetty 24/11/20, joten ikää tänään reilu 5 viikkoa. Kaatuu lasiin todella vaalean keltaisena ja täysin mehuisana sameana. Tuoksu on aavistuksen makea ja pirteän hedelmäinen. Pirskahtelevaa appelsiinia, persikkaa ja ananasta. Maku on pehmeä ja pirteän appelsiininen, persikkainen ja ananaksinen. Ei liian makea, joka lämmittää mieltä. Suutuntuma voisi olla paksumpi, mutta alkoholi on piilossa. Ei missään nimessä sitä parasta Monkishia, mutta mukavaa janojuomaa.

Fresh and slightly dank on the backend. FOAM: Almost one finger tall. Delicate veil at the end. GREY’S VIEW Citra, Galaxy & Nelson Sauvin hopped with addition of milk sugar made NEDIPA. A milk sugared version of Foggy Window. Oomph, hop rate is quite fresh at the beginning. I taste raw pineapple, orange juice, healthy amount of grapefruit peel with ever so slight touch of dankier grassynes and grovy ground in the end. Milk sugar arrives slow and gently to the palate; making this a bit ice cream-ish. Feels like a tiny amount of strawberries arrives along with milk sugar. Body is juicy and almost full. Dry hopping rate is a tiny too much with tiny bubbled carbonation being trivial and unneeded, making this even sharper. OTHER NOTES: Galaxy is clearly the main hop at this point, but others try too. There’s a clear indications towards ice creams in this one, but overall this has a feel like it’s unneeded addition to Monkish beers. CANNED 24/11/2020 TASTED 13/12/2020
