Chock full of in season blueberries (800kgs to be precise!) which partner perfectly with our sour base beer. We then dialled in the warming notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise and ginger - the combination found in classic pumpkin spice. Thick, decadent layers of blueberry – one tonne to be precise – on top of everybody’s guilty autumnal secret – pumpkin pie spice. No coffee in this one – who drinks a pumpkin spice latte to taste coffee?!
