Football Saturday. Roll Tide Roll for my Alabama Crimson Tide. Starts with a very thick foamy head. Chocolate aroma. Dark brown opaque color. Surprising in that the texture is thin and dry, not what you would expect from an imperial stout. A flat dark cocoa along with the salty pretzel flavor is obvious. A lingering saltiness travels through the way to brief finish.
