Very dark colour. Nice little head. Minty smell. Sugar and roasted notes as well. 1 Minty attack. .9 The mintyness continues with roasted notes as well. .8 Minty aftertaste with sugar notes. .9 That's a very nice elegant pastry! We have minty and roasted notes as well as discreet sugary notes. It's very nice that the sugar doesn't take over too much! The beer is not too sweet but decently sugary. Good work on the sweetness balance! The complexity could have been better and the mint takes over a little bit, but it's still a pretty good beer! .8

Deutliche 🥜- Note. Ansonsten stark röstig, karamellig und schokoladig. Alles was es braucht 🤗

Medium carbonatation. Dark color. Creamy, roasted cereal smell. We have notes of coffee and a bit of chocolate. The strawberry is there but is extremely discreet (I wouldn't have been able to tell without knowing it should be there). .8 Coffee and chocolate attack. .7 Then we have some strawberry hints. We continue to have chocolate and coffee notes. The vanilla is also there but is quite discreet (which is also the case with the ice cream by the way). .9 The aftertaste is not very powerful and continues on the same notes as before. We have a little strawberry sweetness and a gentle bitterness as well. .7 Overall that's an original beer and a nice try. I bet it's super difficult to make these three flavours coexist and balance in a single drink... This beer is then not super balanced but nice. That's a decent beer and a nice attempt to mimic the Neapolitan ice cream. .8

Dark and orange/red color. Low carbonatation. Chocolate and coconut smell. The caramel is also there. Thats not an amazing smell but it's ok. .7 Nutty chocolate attack. .8 Then we have some discreet coconut notes and an increasing caramel aromas presence. .8 The caramel is very present in the aftertaste with a frank sweetness. The chocolate is also there but is more discreet. We have a roasted dimension as well. That's a good aftertaste! .9 That's a decent beer. We have indeed chocolate, roasted malt and caramel notes. The caramel notes are great especially at the end. However the coconut deserved to be more pronounced. That lack of balance is a little downside but that's still a nice beer. .7

Decent. Not quite as creamy as I had hoped for and a little too chocolaty and sweet for my taste.

Beautiful head and robe. Nice banana smell ! In the mouth we have a mix between banana, chocolate and peanut butter. It could have been better in my opinion but it is still pretty decent! Nice beer!

Watching the college playoff game between Penn State and Notre Dame. Go Penn State!! This Duclaw series is hit and miss. Hope this is a good one. Small head that disappears quickly. Aroma is sweet chocolate. Texture is only medium heavy, that's light for an Imperial Stout. Both soft and smooth. Dark milk chocolate with a liqueur cherry blended in. Alcohol gives it a modest burn. Not much change going into the finish except maybe add a little cocoa dryness to it. If the cherry flavor had been a little stronger it would have been much like a chocolate covered cherry in those Christmas time boxes. Nothing very special about this but I am glad that there's no artificial flavoring that is easily apparent.
