On my final day in Houston with my son-in-law on a football Sunday enjoying a beer that I have been saving. Wanted him to try this Big Luscious from Founders. Pours to a deep tan head. Really thick, sticks to the side of the glass. Black as midnight. Aroma is intense fragrance of raspberry. Large amounts of raspberry and dark milk chocolate in a flavor that lasts and coats your tongue with a heavy texture. Finish continues this delicious combination that sends the taste buds into ecstasy. Rerating this beer to a 5.0. It deserves it. Have tried, this beer is very hard to find. If you get a chance grab one. You won't be sorry.

Je suis plutôt client des bières noires aux fruits... Surtout aux fruits rouges... Celle ci ne déroge pas à la règle... Clairement une bière de dégustation, version dessert, à classer dans la catégorie Pastry Stout... Parfaite avec mon brownie cacahuète...
