At Whiskey River Ranch getting ready for SOTS 32. Long hard day, having another Belching Beaver IPA on this hot Texas afternoon. Need to enjoy this California Brew because when SOTS starts only Texas beers are allowed. If you've ever been to Texas you would understand this philosophy. High fluffy white head. Tropical fruit aroma. Opaque orange color with plenty of particulates suspended in the mixture. Medium texture, smooth, somewhat dry. Citrus flavor has a definite tropical flare. Passion fruit, some star fruit, guava with maybe just a little lemon in the background. Finish add s a little more bitterness but still on a very tolerable level for me. Even has a little sourness in the finish. This definitely makes you feel like you're in the West Indies. Has none of the fruits that you normally experience in the states. Really nice change of pace from the flavors of most IPAs. I would not mind having another one of these.

Nätti kirkas olut, nopeasti laskevalla vaahdolla. Tuoksu on pläjäys trooppista ja sokerista hedelmämehua. Suutuntuma on kirpeän hapokas. Maku on tuoksus happamampi. Hedelmää kyllä, mutta onhan tämä jo vanhan oloista. Tarjoustölkkejä beer republicilta, joten oletettavaakin oli. Paljon parempi oli joku näistä aikaisemmista Deftones olusista.
