Comme une Lager de Finlande. Robe étonnamment rousse. Pour l'édition hivernale, ils ont poussé la torréfaction, histoire de se réchauffer... Les saveurs naviguent entre le caramel et les pins. Le Mosaic fait son effet. Le tout couronné par une amertume bienvenue. Malgré l'été, ça se boit bien.
