This year, we wanted to return to our roots, which inspired the special blend for Zwanze 2020: Lambic with beetroot! The beer's color is intensly red, fluorescent even, and the nose is fruity yet quite earthy. The palate is complex, a nice balance between the acidity of the Lambic and the roundness of the beetroot.

Tämän vuoden Zwanze oli maustettu punajuurella, ja se todellakin maistui ja tuoksui tässä. Ehkäpä jopa vähän liikaakin.

Une superbe robe rouge crémeuse et mousse rose. Un nez gueuze, vinaigré et betterave. La gueuze est très ronde, fruité comme une betterave, puis elle attaque sec et acide. C'est astringent et long en bouche.
