A beer of its time, secondary fermented in barrels and carefully blended for bottling. Aromas of stone fruits and sherbet give way to blossom honey sweetness, floral character and vibrant, complex acidity before a drying oak finish.

As good as I remember. A very good beer that has stood up well since it was bottled back in July 2020.

Confused about this one. Has the taste of a warm cider you'd find on a Christmas market. Not quite a fan yet but would have again certainly a grower

Backlog.
Tumman oranssia tynnyrikypsytettyä saisonia. Sormen paksuinen ja hento vaahto.
Mm.. miellyttävän funky tuoksu, sellainen tallimainen, hapokkaan marjaisa, tamminen, kevyen omenainen ja maitohappoinen. Mallasta myös selkeästi taustalla.
Kuohuva ja pirskahteleva suutuntuma, keskikevyt runko.
Maussa makeaa hunajaisuutta ja marjaisuutta. Mukavasti sitruksista hapokkuutta, tallia, omenaa, hieman nahkaa ja tammea. Oikein mainio villihiivainen saisoni 👌🏻

A solid 4 out of 5. On the nose it reminds me of a wine. Subtle stone fruits greet you as you open and pour to be replaced by a floral element. The taste is sweet reminding me of honey, and full bodied. It finishes crisp and dry with a hint of the oak barrels.
