Lucid, deep rosé cider with unexpectedly moderate carbonation unleashes a bright white, sparkling head that falls short of half a finger and descends soon to a silky lace ring on the top. The fragrance is very Mediterranean with a bit old, medium-sweet apple nectar and a bit of ripe pear. The taste follows the suit with ripe Breton apple, somewhat thin as a matter of fact. Tannines can be felt. The cider finishes over medium to long duration. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, Mediterranean, slightly tanninic and dry. It's natural and gardeny. Quite decent.
