GREY’S VIEW
Following Weathered Souls Brewing recipe; this is the Monkish version. Ok. Here we go...
First bite. It’s easy and malty. Decent and pleasant. Yammy stuff which grows into you.
Flavors has dark dry chocolate, dried malts, burnt grass and some light touch of dried grape peel.
Really RIS styled actually.
Mouthfeel is swift, with low level of sharp carbonation and plenty amount of dark malts. Aftertaste has sliding feel of dark chocolate, burned malts and the slightest feel of smoke in it.
OTHER NOTES:
Indeed. Got this as a freebie. The one beer, I’d like to keep myself away from. It has so many controversies in it.
