This has created a wonderful profile of soft tropical notes with that underlying subtle floral light bitterness that is so accustom with British ales. Expect The hop combination of Ernest (English) in the boil & Citra (US) in the dry hop offers light pineapple notes, with rousing tropical fruit and a distinct floral British undertone, all brewed on a malt profile with a rounded mouthfeel and good body. Malt British Extra Pale Malted Barley, Munich Malt, Dextrin & Torrefied Wheat. Hops Ernest hops (grown in Kent by our great friends at Hukins Hops) and Citra hops (from North America).
