In Gulf Shores practicing social distancing best we can. Has a medium high, tan head. Not very thick and doesn't seem to be lasting. Faint coffee aroma. Feel is a combination of both dry and sharp. Coffee is in the forefront, no sweet character, a light bitterness. Whiskey comes weakly in the finish with a receding tart bitter note. If you're going to use Irish whiskey in the brew, need to make it more prominent. Taste was almost an afterthought in the mixture of flavor. Could have been much better with a more robust Irish tent.
