This beer looks beautiful: thick, turbid, apricot pulp colored drink. Decent carbonation. The foamy lid is dense and creamy. Long retention. Licorice dances in the air. Sweet or salty? Salty it seems to be. Apricot tangoes with blood orange. A soft biscuity undertone. Thick apricot flesh on the tastebuds. Salty licorice is less prominent now but still detectable. Blood orange and nectarine merge with oat biscuit. Very soft and somewhat jam-like. The body is relatively full. A big surprise at 5.2 %. The aftertaste tramples the beaten track. Leaves a full, thick, tropical, creamy, a tad jam-like and lip-glueing sensation in the mouth. Beautifully balanced. I 🧡 this.
