NEIPA houblonnée et très fruitée avec des arômes de fruits tropicaux et d'agrumes. Légère amertume. Pas de mousse. Hops: Idaho 7, Bru-1, Citra

Nice beer, unfortunately let down slightly from a bit of hop burn. It was dry hopped quite heavily so always a risk, but didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. Dank and citrusy with lots of tropical notes too. Fruity sweetness comes through as well as a soft mouthfeel and bitterness that I haven’t seen for a while in this style. Most UK brewers are really neglecting any bitterness whatsoever in NEIPAs, so it was pleasant surprise to have some in this.

Tölkitetty 6vko sitten. Jotenkin oli etukäteen isot odotukset tähän, mutta heti korkatessa alkoi epäilyttää. Tuoksussa on sellaista viljaista souria ja jonkin verran alkoholia. Outoa tällaiselle hype neipalle. Samoin maussa alkoholi puskee esille, vaikka tässä on vain 6.5%. En tiedä onko tässä nyt joku vialla, kun UT on 4.3. Onhan tässä ihan jees keskihiilihappoinen, runsas ja pehmeä suutuntuma, joka tosin aika hapan, mutta maussakin on niin vahva ruohoisuus, joka tuo jopa lagerin mieleen että en tiedä.... Kukkaisuutta myös paljon.
