A smooth and easy drinkable Milkshake IPA. The lactose gives it body and a little sweetness. The nitrous-oxide saturation provides a very smooth head of foam. But it’s the use of strongly expressive hops, like the Idaho 7 & the relatively new experimental Sabro, that translate into a fine complexity of fruity and citrus flavors and give this beer its unique character and flavour with a tropical twist. They impart distinct tangerine, coconut, tropical fruit, and stone fruit aromas, with hints of cedar, mint, and cream. And it tastes - as described: pretty f*cking good! - if we may say so ourselves.
