Bourbon, chocolate, oak, brown sugar and hints of dark fruits in the taste. The body is full, carbonation appropriately low and the mouthfeel is smooth. They did a great job on this year's version. If it turns out like this every time they brew it, I'd be fine with that. As this is, 5/5
