This beer lets all the light go through it. The color is gold. Carbonation is lively. The emerging head is pure white, whipped-creamy and grows one finger tall. Retention is long. The head retreats to a moldy patchy layer on the top. The fragrance is really modest, only faint wheat malt shakes hands with timid lemon. I can't get anything else out of it. The tongue likes the fresh fruity palate: lemon zest, wheat malt, remote biscuit and a whisper of pineapple. Simple but nice. Tasty as there's nothing metallic or overly bitter. Summery. The body is light. Not thin but light. 👍🏻 The finish is citrusy and generally fruity. I got Gucci, I got Prada but where are the friends of the aftertaste at? I got nada. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, refreshing and slightly drying. Like I already said, this leaves a summery sensation in the mouth.
