Wildflower Sour
3.9% Sour / Wild Ale
“Brewed as part of the Brewgooder Global Gathering campaign. This sour ale used spelt malt for a mild nutty flavour, with a floral aroma from marigold, blue mallow and chamomile flowers added during conditioning, and a delicate honeyed sweetness from SE London wildflower honey added during the boil. This beer is a unique contribution to a global campaign uniting hundreds of breweries around the world to bring 100,000 people clean drinking water in Malawi.”

Sour. Yes yes yes it is. But mellow? Sure. I imagine that if it were pulled out of liquid nitrogen and served while you were at a gorgeous beach in the glaring sun it would be marvellous. Unfortunately no such beaches in SE LANDAN. Basically: warm summers day & cold. Could be onto a winner.
