Hengästyttävä lista ainesosia; Strawberry sangria style imperial sour ipa with strawberries, peaches, sauvignon blanc grapes, muscat grapes, orange zest and milk sugar. 🤯 Konservatiivisempi oluennauttija olisi vähintäänkin ihmeissään! Väri on samea, raparperimehun/punaherukkahyytelön värinen. Onpas vain haastava arvioitava. Kesäinen, kermaisen pehmeä, drinkkimäinen eikä juurikaan hapan. Mansikkaa (sen siemeniä), rypäleisyyttä (sen oksia, en tiedä miksi 😅) , tölkitettyä persikkaa ja sitrusta. 8 volttia tuntuu noin kolmelta ja puolelta. Lopulta kallistun kuitenkin tykkäämään tästä. Tällekin on varmasti paikkansa. Ehkä piknikillä.

Extended Quarantine Day #67. Easy living in the countryside for a long weekend.  🍻 The beer pours hazy, deep blood-orange-nectar-colored. The hue is exceptionally beautiful like warm flames. The decent, sustained carbonation creates a brilliant white, cotton head that rises up to one finger and a bit more. The foamy cap retains on the surface for a substantially long time and paints the glass with thick wrappings. All in all, the appearance and behavior of the beer in the glass is really eye-catching and attractive. ❤️🧡 A beer like this lays extraordinarily high expectations on the olfactory and gustatory experiences. Let's see. The scent emanates very thinly in the air... I'm trying to pick nuances and manage to capture faint peach and a whisper of grape that is purple rather than white/green. I wished more but maybe the taste hits the bull's eye. Then a sip. Really soft and velvety but also juicy. Zesty indeed! I pick bags of sweet stone fruit like peach and nectarine. Grapes are hefty, I'm getting both the sweet nuance from purple grapes and the slightly zippy nuance from the white grapes. Additionally, I receive a good dollop of orange juice, a bit of apricot and strawberry as well as remote kiwi fruit. Lactose is nicely camouflaged but brings in a little bit of sweetness. Overall, the taste profile is truly attractive and not anything like one would expect from an Imperial Sour IPA. It's much better! 🧡❤️🧡 The body is light-medium. Not very robust, yet the ABV is 8.0 %. On the other hand, alcohol is basically nowhere to taste. The beer ends with a little sourish strawberry and white grapes, seasoned with a tad bitter orange peel and fairly distinct though thin peach. Still quite nice. The aftertaste serves fruit salad and sangría to the tastebuds for a short to medium time. The mouthfeel is extraordinarily soft and velvety as well as somewhat mellow. It's massively pulpy and zesty. This is beautiful, very summery and almost nectar-like. Furthermore, the mouthfeel is merely distantly tart and lip-glueing. Adorable! Better than its white sister. Dangerously quaffable. A crate of these + good friends + warm summer evening = heaven.

Kuivakka ja tynkä. VAAHTO: Kahden sormen mittainen, hyvän pitsin rakentava. GREY’S VIEW Citra, Belma & Sabro humaloitu ja mm. Muscat- ja Sauvignon Blanc rypälemehulla ja mansikoilla maustettu Sour IPA. Suutuntuma on kuohkean kermaisan, pehmeän villillä kuohulla ja suurella hiilihapotuksella, runsaamman keskitason rungolla. Mallaspohjaa on reilummin. Maussa miellyttävää ja rohkeata mansikkasosetta, rakeista mallasta, vienoa hieman jykevämpää rypälemehua, kuivattavia omenalohkoja. Jälkiliuku on tässä kyllä pitkä, lämmittävä, nesteyttävän moninainen. MUUTA MAINITTAVAA: Tässä alkaa nyt olla hyvää meininkiä. Mansikkasosetta, kevyellä rypäle twängillä. Raikas, helppo. Ei läheskään niin hapan, kun rakennusaineet antaa ymmärtää, mikä kertookin mansikan käyttömäärästä. Nautinnollista tavaraa. CANNED 30/4/2020 TASTED 11/5/2020
