A very fresh Tree House for tasting. Canned on 2 June 2020, aged 26 days now. Cloudy, deep yellow beer with moderate carbonation unleashes a brilliant white, whipped-creamy head that falls short of two fingers' height. The fluffy head melts slowly to a thinner but still cute, slightly billlowy lacing on top. The retreating foam sprays the glass with multiple thick coverings here and there. Looks very beautiful! 💛💛💛 The scent is more stone-fruity and less citrusy than what I anticipated. I find particularly sweet fleshy peach, mango and a whisper of modestly stale-ish papaya. Orange pith shakes hands with zesty lemon pulp. Copious oat flakes bring in a grainy element to the otherwise very juicy cocktail. The citrusy side gains strength on the tongue but can't really beat the stone fruit. Grapefruit peel and lemon pulp are seasoned with squeezed pomelo and a small dollop of orange juice. Mango, peach and pineapple are abundant, a pinch of cantaloupe melon escorts in the immediate proximity. There's additionally a faint piney twist that features within the hoppy side. Overall, the soft creamy palate makes the package a real beer candy to the taste receptors. Hop burn can't be missed, yet it remains at a manageable level. What a package! 💛💛💛 The body is medium-full, which is quite remarkable for 7.9 %. The beer ends with more bitter citrus, such as lemon zest and grapefruit peel as well as a modest pinch of bitter orange peel. Pineapple and mango are sharper and relatively raw, papaya is absent. Oat flakes have also gained some bitterness around the sweet grainy character. Hop burn follows, as already mentioned, and portrays both piney and grassy nuances in reasonable proportions. The aftertaste dances tico-tico with the tastebuds in grass skirts for some time. The mouthfeel is relatively full and mellow. It's extraordinarily soft, smooth and velvety as well as appealingly creamy and somewhat milkshakey. Furthermore, the mouthfeel is crazily tropical and nectar-like, pulpy as well as satiating. Still further, the mouthfeel is somewhat crisp and throat-pinching but simultaneously extremely summery (although the name is "Spring"). A warm sunny day like this 🌞 makes a perfect setting for drinking this. It's hard to imagine what still could be improved in this. This is just a big thumbs up! Life is good! Life is better than good! Life with a beer like this is a blessing. 💛💛💛

Eilen hörpittyä jenkkimehua. Taisi olla karvan alle neljä viikkoa sitten tölkkiin heitettyä. Läpäisemättömän sameaa, kauniin keltaista olutta. On kyllä niin upean keltainen että!  Nopeasti kohoava tiivis, valkoinen vaahto. Tuoksussa vahvasti appelsiinia ja muutenkin sitrushedelmäisyyttä. Lisäksi löytyy myös hunajaista, makean hedelmäistä vibaa. Suutuntuma tässäkin varsin kohdillaan; pehmeän sulavaa ja kuohkeaa mehubisseä ollaan tässä hörppimässä. Maultaan hyvin ryhdikkään humalainen, sitrushedelmillä uljaasti ratsastava ja pienellä makeudella sieltä täältä kutkutteleva tuhti paketti, joka kuitenkin säilyttää mukavan ja helpon juotavuuden eikä vajoa tunkkaiseen katkeroisuuteen.  Tarkemmalla pureksinnalla löytyy maustakin reippaanlaisesti appelsiinia, jonka lisäksi ainakin kevyempää mandariinia, ananasta, greippiä, makeampaa ja hunajaisempaa hedelmäisyyttä. Lisäksi havuisuutta ja kevyttä yrttisyyttä. Jälkimaku kuivattavan katkeroinen, aavistuksen makea ja meloninen; jättää suuhun mukavan maun ja himoamaan seuraavaa hörppyä. Lämmetessään appelsiinisuus ja havuisuus tulee vahvemmin esiin sekä alkoholi rupeaa aavistuksen erottumaan. Eihän tämäkään kyllä yhtään hassumpi tapaus ole. Oikein ryhdikäs ja kirpsakan piristävä, sitrushedelmäinen olut.

Tree House Brewing Co - Spring 7,9% Imperial IPA. Canned on 10/03/20 so 3,5 weeks old. Fresh it is.  Lovely bright yellow color, hazy and doesn't let any light through. White head rises to one and a half fingers height. A pillow forms floating for a while. The head dissipates slowly into a thin carpet on the surface. Scattered lacing can be seen on the glass wall. And the aroma is such a sweet juicy fruit mix of orange, tangerine, pomelo, cantaloupe and pineapple in the background. Intoxicating indeed.  Flavour has sweet orange and tangerine and that citrusy pomelo, continued with cantaloupe and pineapple. As the sweetness fades away dry hops and malts take over giving a dry effect on the palate and a slight bitterness. No sign of alcohol at any point of this lovely and sweet ride.  Really spot on brew after sauna. Wife likes it also and was really fond of the can art which I totally agree. Was meant to save this one for Easter but I just couldn't because today was just such a wonderful day. I guess my feeling now gives it a 0,1 notch more so 4,6⭐ today. 🤭 Thanks to EdwardTK and Grey for letting me in the circle of these heavenly brews.🇺🇸🍻👊😍🙏

Perjantai ja lasiin saa kaataaTree Housen Spring Dipaa🥰🍺.Tuote on lyöty tölkkiin 10.3.20. Pitäisi olla siis melko fressiä😛. Kiitoksia Herroille EdwardTK ja Grey tötteröstä mikä kuvassa komeilee🙏. Tuoksussa pirteää appelsiiniä,melonisuutta ja eiköhän tuo ananaskin sieraimissa vilahda.Todella tuoreen raikasta on hedelmät. Tekeepäs kutaa näin työviikon päälle😍🍺. Suutuntuma on kermainen,melko täyteläinen ja suuta kuivattava.Joka huikan jälkeen pakko ottaa uusi suullinen😅. Hienon pehmeästi ja jykevästi tulee humalointi antamaan potkua tässä.Silti pelaten täysin lavasta🏒lapaan ihanan keväisen raikkaan hedelmien kanssa. Hedelmistä suuvärkkiäni eniten kutittelee makeampi appelsiinisyys,päätä silittävän melonisuuden kanssa.Sitrusta tässä on myös tietenkin koko makumatkan ajan suussa pyörimässä,makeasta happamaan twistaten. Ohan tämä aikamoista mehkaa🤪🤗🍺.Pienehköllä katkeron lisäyksellä tästä saisi varmasti lähes täydellistä😎👌🏻.Äärimmäisen tyylikäs ja maukas paketti jokatapauksessa🍻👊🏻👊🏻.
