Tämä olut tulee entisestä Sisterssiläisten luostarista, panimo on melko tuore vuodelta 1997. Belgioluille tyypillistä makeutta, hedelmäisyyttä luumusta ja paahdettua mallasta. Etäisesti maistan myös suklaan aromeja ja paahdettu sokeri tulee mieleen. Jälkimaku kestää pitkään ja on yllättävän pehmeä. Olut on tarkoitettu hitaasti nautittavaksi ja pieni pullo on juuri oikean kokoinen.
