Cloudy grapefruit yellow beer. A neat, clean white lacing adorns the top. Medium-sour apple mash in the scent. The palate offers significantly sour apple juice, mash and peel, all in one package. Wheat malt and lactic acid big time. Feels light, juicy, acidic, tart and puckering.
