Yet another Barista. I think that if you like Coffee stouts with different bean variations, these are worth checking. Comparable to Tumeaine in some sorts.
Earthy, perfume-ish, dark chocolaty scent. Coffee beans, slight cocoa.
Taste is fruity, perfume-like, floral. There's coffee, plums, cocoa, bitterish chocolate. Lot of some dark fruit I don't recall. Quite sweet-ish blast at finish that I often encounter in imperial stouts but can't ever describe it. Drying.
Body is smooth, full and semi thick.
I can kinda see why this is probably the lowest rated of Barista series. Floral, perfume-like, slightly bitter and alkaline-ish flavour. Not too chocolatey or sweet as the other ones. Almost like drinking strong, floral tea with chocolate cocoa coffee background (though they blend).
