Galaxy Dry Hopped True New Englander

Genuine New Englanders are the type of people who are brave enough to take on a long, snowy shoveling session and lighthearted enough to crack a beer in their lawn chair afterward. Our annual Sabro-hopped Double IPA is brewed for those True Englanders. For the first time, we've added a complementary hop varietal to the dry-hop: Galaxy.
Like its predecessor, Galaxy Dry Hopped True New Englander presents a hazy deep golden yellow in the glass. Intense piña colada aromas immediately transplant us to paradise in the tropics. Galaxy's signature ripe pineapple, passion fruit juice, and pungent citrus notes are an excellent pairing for the characteristic coconut that Sabro brings to the table.

GREY’S VIEW
Täyteläisen ensipuraisun mukana saapuu sosemaista hedelmäisyyttä, kookoslastua, kukkaisuutta, kepeää pippurisuutta ja aimo annos kermaisuutta. Suutuntu on paksu ja kuohkean halukas. Jälkimaussa mausteinen ja osin myös maltainen. Lämmetessään parantaa vain lisää.

Sabro humaloitu ja Galaxy kuivahumaloitu NEDIPA. Oivallinen tropiikin herkkumehu. Mukavan paksua, napakalla kuivahumpalla.

Once again, yellow and completely hazy. Bit taller head than the last one but not as good retention. But this leaves laces and few millimeter tall layer stays on top extremely long: 4,75/5
Ah, the lovely sweet peach and passionfruit with a subttle citrus. Juicy. Even a hint of kumkvat and coconut. Interesting. This is about as clean as you can get from Galaxy and the Sabro brings other interesting aromas. Awesome: 4,75/5
Mouthfeel is juicy, smooth. Just a touch of bitterness. Exactly what NEIPA should be like: 4,75/5
Taste is very juicy, peachy and citrusy with resiny pine notes. Faint coconut flavour. Wheat, perhabs some oat flavor as well. Niceeee. Aftertaste has pleasant hop burn feel: 13/15
Awesome beer and pretty much a text book example of Imperial NEIPA. That something is missing though: 17,75/20
