Optisch rötlich-braun und ohne jegliche Blume. Geruchlich bewegt man sich hier im Bereich Rumtopf mit viel Rosine, Pflaume, etwas Karamellsüße und einer Spur Alkohol. Der Antrunk ist weich und dann im ersten Moment dominant alkoholisch. Langsam breitet sich Süße aus und Trockenfrüchte, hier eher in der Kombi Rosine und Aprikose, kommen durch. Gleichzeitig nimmt das weiche Mundgefühl ab und es wird dünner. Letztlich bleibt aber der Alkohol dominant und driftet fast ins sprittige ab.

Tite biere aux notes de fruits rouges bien murs. La douceur et la rondeur de cette biére cache bien ses 11° avec moderation. J aime bien👍

Le goût contient du malt caramélisé, des raisins secs, de la vanille, du caramel, des figues, des dattes, du zeste d'orange.

Boisée, fruitée et alcoolisée. Goût de Porto rouge.

In the aroma after opening I sense caramels, but also a ripe red wine. It pours a dark ruby, with a coarse, quickly dying, one finger thick, brownish head. There is a pleasant, tardy sweetness in the taste, with again the red wine and Ruby Porto. The aftertaste is pleasant and lingering. A very nice beer for a awfully wet autumn evening.
