Surprisingly a red/amber style beer. Hoppy that is earthy/herbal with a piney resin taste (yum by the way). Has a caramel malt taste but with no sweetness if that makes sense. Finishes dry - even seems to get dryer each sip you take. There is something more to it that is just escaping me right now that I can’t describe. I do have a cold so that maybe throwing me off a little. I will say this started as a 3.8 but finishing up I find this much better.
