Maku on priimaa kinuskia, mutta harmi, että tämä on suutuntumaltaan yhtiä ohkaisimpia maistamani imppejä, siitä iso miinus.

Can. Best before 10/2024 Temperature: +15 C Dark coffee brown. Small and quick head: 3,25/5 Nose is allll about the caramel. Nice salted toffee, vanilla, fudge, chocolate. Candy-like without the extra sweetness: 4,25/5 Mouthfeel is medium, alcoholic. Way too light. Body doesn't support the big beer enough: 3,75/5 Taste is basically like the aroma: lots of toffee and caramel. Vanilla also. Alcohol flavor, most likely the moonshine. Some coffee and chocolate. Niceeee. Lots of things going on here: 12,75/15 Keeps getting better as this warms up. Nicely done by Kees. Most likely the best I've had from this brewery: 16,25/20 =40,25/50

Kuudes Caramel Fudge Stoutin BA-versio. En nyt jaksa enempiä kirjoitella, koska näissä on kuitenkin sama pohja. Tämä siis Moonshine-versio. Mitä nyt ymmärsin, Moonshine on ns. maissipohjaista pontikkaa? ”True Kentucky Bourbon Shine”. Melko terävä tuoksu näin tuoreena. Tölkitetty tämän vuoden lokakuussa. Tuo sana ”terävä” kuvastaa tätä hyvin. Se ei ole liian pistävää, mutta sen huomaa. Maku on onneksi hieman pehmeämpi ja tuttua karamellimakeutta löytyy kivasti. Tähän mennessä nämä eri versiot on maistettuna ja mun pisteet ovat: BA Heaven Hill 4.2 BA Brandy 4.2 BA Woodford 4.0 BA PX 3.8 BA Moonshine 3.7 BA Early Times 3.6 Pitää varmaan tilata tuo BA Cognac Edition seuraavaksi.
