
Darkstar November is an Imperial Stout brewed with spicy, earthy rye malt and bittersweet molasses, then aged in a combination of bourbon and rye whiskey barrels. This year we've used an incredible barrel blend of Heaven Hill Distillery's 8 Year and 12 Year, Woodford Reserve, Merced Rye, and KO Distilling's 100% Rye and 20% Wheated Bourbon.
