In der Nase ein klares Pils. Dazu eine Prise Karamell. In der Abendsonne (goldene Stunde) glänzt das Bräu in seiner ganzen bernsteinfarbenen Pracht. Geschmacklich geht das Ambrée süffig und gut karbonisiert zur Sache. Ordentliche Malznoten und gut eingebauter Alkohol runden den Eindruck ab. Trotzdem könnte das Bräu ruhig beherzter auftreten.
