The Curiosity series is critically important to our evolution as craftspeople; it enables us to explore process variables well outside the box of day to day brewing without affecting the quality and consistency of our core offerings. Curiosity Eight Two explores the regionally-specific flavor contributions of our favorite hops offerings, and welcomes a number of new-to-us unnamed experimental varieties into the mix.
