Aromatically appealing whith fruity grapefruit, mandarin, kumquat, and lemongrass. This is good because visually it is rather unappealing with a muddy grapefruit juice colour. It does boast a generous but short lived bubbly head. The taste is very good too. Very balanced and neither weak nor overblown, but very juicy. Not overpowering but not watery. Grapefruit, mandarin, kumquat, lemon, and orange peel zest. Very mildly tart, with a ever so slightly peppery aftertaste. Refreshing and fun. I think I like that Kveik.
