Meal accompaniment. Cod is the order of the day 🐟 It's a must in Portugal. Like sardines. I had sardines yesterday and I wasn't impressed. I hope this kitchen and cod will surprise me. Clear gold beer. A tall velvety head of three fingers, coloring clean white. Long retention. A friendly scent: moderate grainy malt only. Grainy malt also on the tongue. Quite limited though. Faintly bready and fruity, predominantly citrusy. Feels light, clean, balanced, smooth and very easy, almost characterless. PS. The cod was insanely delicious! 😋

Tyylipuhdas pilsneri. Raikas, pientä sitrusta ja greippiä. Hyvä jano ja hellejuoma. Ehkä hieman yllätyksetön. Kuvaa en kerennyt ottaa, mausteisen ja suolaisen chorizon jälkeen katosi kuin kuiviin ikeniin.
