The bottle is interestingly double secured: a cork in the neck of the bottle and a metallic cap on it. The beer colors turbid, strawberry-juice-colored. The arrogant, long-playing carbonation releases an off-white, fluffy tiny-bubbled head that exceeds one finger. The foamy lid descends gradually to a lower level and remains as such for significantly long.
The nose receives loads of fresh homemade raspberry mash. The olfactory provision is simple but attractive.
The tongue experiences extremely sour raspberry nectar, a suggestion of redcurrant and distant rowanberry. The body is light. The finish continues more or less unchanged from upfront but the sourness loses a bit of its intensity. The duration of the aftertaste is between medium and long.
The mouthfeel is substantially tart and truly puckering, colossally gardeny and appealingly juicy. Quite simple and straighforward, as well.
