5.5% Sour Red / Brown
Monk's Cafe Grande Cru is a blend of aged and freshly brewed triple ales. The Brewmaster has selected his finast triple to age for 3 years. Just before bottling a high fermented lager is blended in to reach an approachable ABV of 5.5%.

Wauw gekkig oud bruin bier, klein klein beetje dropachtig. Redelijk zoet. Beetje slap, maar wel uniek smakenpallet
