5.5% Sour Red / Brown
Monk's Cafe Grande Cru is a blend of aged and freshly brewed triple ales. The Brewmaster has selected his finast triple to age for 3 years. Just before bottling a high fermented lager is blended in to reach an approachable ABV of 5.5%.

Wauw gekkig oud bruin bier, klein klein beetje dropachtig. Redelijk zoet. Beetje slap, maar wel uniek smakenpallet

Une bonne bière belge, avec un goût de brune, et une certaine acidité. Un peu surprenante mais pas mauvaise 👍🏼
