YllÀttÀvÀn monipuolinen makukirjo. PÀhkinÀÀ, sokeria, tammea, suklaa ganachen tuntua runsaasti. Itselle tuntuu melko reilu Bourbon tuossa myös, en tiedÀ mistÀ se tulee, mutta kyllÀhÀn tuo kelpaa. Runko on valuvan hidas ja paksu. Hiilihappoja löytyy, mutta ne ovat miellyttÀvÀn tasaisia. JÀlkimaku mutakakkuinen, hieman hiekkainen, tummamarjainen.
