Biere plutôt légère, avec une amertume discrète. Dommage

Flight 2/4.
Lucid, gold beer with subdued, short-lived carbonation frees a modest, white head that dissolves soon to a hair-thin lace ring on top.
The scent displays a generous amount of malt, undeniable molten butter and popcorn as well as a silent suggestion of dry grass.
The palate portrays a heavy malty touch and timid hops. Simple. The molten butter has moved to the background, yet almost to history.
The body is light to light-medium. The beer ends with slightly bitter malt, decent hops and a whisper of dry grass. The aftertaste lingers in the mouth over medium duration.
The mouthfeel is somewhat light, butyric but balanced, remotely crisp and slightly dry.
