Fair trade coffee is infused during the brewing process, intensifying the bitterness of the beer and giving it a powerful coffee taste. Vuoden synkin juhla alkaa olla ovella, joten valitaan oluet sen mukaan. Kaatuu lasiin pienen valkoisen vaahdon kera, joka häviää nopeasti. Maussa kuivaa paahteisuutta ja luvatusti hennon kermaista tuhtia kahvia sekä mausteisuutta. Runko saisi olla aavistuksen tanakampi. Jälkimaku kuivattaa ja mausteisuus on läsnä. Yritys hyvä mutta impinä keskinkertainen. Sellainen kuolemansynti sitten.

Bonne imperial stout du Québec, bien équilibré pas trop sucré avec une très bonne odeur
