Little bit funky at first this one, but did go once warmed up. Good flavours - mosaic is a fave. Quite bold and dry. Little bit of orange and mainly grapefruit, few sweeter fruits come through too but the dryness quickly takes over and keeps you intrigued. A bit too bitter and dry for me, but a good beer, nontheless. It's a great brewery and well worth the tram ride out there if in Nottingham.
