Direkt an der noch jungen rauschenden Spree gibt's das Bob the Younger, ein Triple IPA von Ritual Lab aus Italien. Trüb und golden mit wenig haltbarem Schaum, der aber durchgehend das Bier dünn bedeckt. In der Nase malzig und vollreif fruchtig in der citralen Richtung. Vollreif citral mit Blutorange ist auch der Antrunk, angenehme Herbe, malziger Körper. Feine Säure auf der Zungenspitze, ein Touch Birne gibt ne Süße hinzu, die Citrusfrüchte werden im Verlauf etwas saftiger. Von den Aromen an sich unspektakulär, aber die stimmen gut und sind gefährlich süffig, Alkohol kommt nicht im Ansatz durch.

Olipahan päräyttävä triplahumaloitu IPA. Alkoholi ei maistunut ollenkaan vaikka voltteja olikin runsaasti.

Kirkkaan oranssia olutta, ohuella valkealla vaahdolla. Tuoksu ja maku on hyvin hedelmäistä ja humalaista. Tässä on osattu yhdistää kohtuullisen hyvin hedelmäisyys ja humalan katkeruus.

Nice cold beer. Lucid, amber beer with a fluffy, silky, clean white head fills the glass. The fragrance allows one to experience a generous amount of lemon zest, grapefruit pulp, lemon peel and a decent injection of dry hops. The palate is extraordinarily fruity, serving a good amount of lemon pulp, some grapefruit, recognizeable pomelo as well as lemon peel. I can also detect dry hops, faint resin and reasonable oat flakes that season the package intriguingly. The body is medium. The beer finishes with distinct citrus that merges with identifiable hops, especially dry hops, a tiny dollop of resin and oat flakes. The duration of the finish is medium to long. The mouthfeel is astonishingly soft as well as neatly smooth, yet nicely crisp, tropical, juicy and rather refreshing.
