Birra acida belga a bassa fermentazione spontanea. Color dorato opalescente con schiuma color panna. Al naso prevale lo zucchero candito. Al palato inizia con lieve acidulo per poi avvolgere il palato con la dolcezza dello zucchero.

Un goût miel vinaigré très spécial avec le côté sucré en début de bouche très spécial et pas terrible Je ne la recommande pas
