Gryphus is an unfiltered Munich style Helles Lager. This beer is brewed with German Hallertauer Tradition hops and a touch of Vienna malt. It was then lagered for several weeks below zero degrees Celsius to give a crisp and refreshing flavour.

An interesting helles. A bit spiky and lovely and fruity. Well worth it.
