Backlog. Received a pack of beers from Pint Please, Hopfully brewing company and Lincoln Green brewing company. Thank you big time! đŸ» 0,33l can from stemmed glass. Canned probably back in March, the stamp is a bit blurred. I like the labels from this brewery. They are simple, recognizable and have enough information on them. And they would probably catch my eye on the shelves. Hazy orange beer with brown tint. Massive white foam that jumps out of the can as well. Overcarbed for sure. Scent has dry hay and straw, some bitter grapefruit and metal. Carbonation is very high, slightly overcarbonated. Surprisingly creamy and thick mouthfeel, with lower carbs this would be amazing for the abv. Flavor has taken a hit during the assumed 5 months in the can. Dull and overripe fruits, not fresh at all. Dank grapefruit, bitter lemon and slightly sweet pineapple. Very unpleasant metallic taste on the background all the time. Dry hay and grass towards the end. Ends with metallic bitterness and dry grass. Definitely too old. I won't give a score for this and can't really say if I would buy one.

Putkeen seuraavaksi Hopfullyn speltti-neipa, kiitos panimo ja Pintin ukot. Etiketti on puhtaasti vaaleanpunaisen karhun hallitsema, design on silti miellyttÀvÀ ja helposti mielessÀ panimoon yhdistettÀvÀ. Lasiin kaatuu kullankeltaisen syvÀhkö, aavistuksen lÀpipÀÀstÀvÀ olut. Vaahto on luonnonvalkoinen, sekakuplainen mutta tiheÀhkö pilvi oluen pÀÀllÀ. Kohtalaisen hyvin sÀilyvÀ höttö jÀttÀÀ myös kevyttÀ jÀlkeÀ laskeutuessaan. Tuoksu on ainakin kÀrkeen hiukan tunkkainen, jospa tÀmÀ avautuu.

Tasty yet surprisingly foamy NEIPA from Ireland. Hoppy but very balanced. Sweet enough and really a great beer. Very much to my liking. The labels of Hopfully are some of the most distinctive and unique I've seen to date. Luckily the product matches the quality of the packaging. Would grab immediately if would be available in my local store.

Todella positiivinen uusi tuttavuus!

Beer #3 of the Pint Please package. Thanks a bunch!! đŸ™đŸ» This "California Uncommon" has nothing to do with a California Common. It's actually an NEIPA. 😆 The beer is cloudy, pale orange, like mango nectar. Obedient carbonation unleashes a soft, off-white head that climbs three fingers high. The lengthy retention is manifested in the form of a neat lacing adorning the top. The scent is a little bit put-off: I get stuffy citrus and wheat malt, accompanied by zippy carambola. Reasonable at best for an NEIPA. The taste profile is significantly citrusy but not musty at all. It's actually really fresh. I get arrogant lemon pulp, some grapefruit zest as well as a tad grapefruit pith. Furthermore, I find a spoonful of raw pineapple and a small injection of grass. Wheat malt supports the package with its unique light-tart twist. The body is light. The finish is lemony, quite pulpy but also a tad pithy. Nothing else. The aftertaste dreams of California but a winter's day is not particularly auspicious for such activity. The mouthfeel is light, truly juicy, refreshing and slightly acidic. It's also rather dry and drying as well as moderately crisp, perhaps also distantly tart. The can is very Californian with the bear and star and all that stuff. The name is misleading though. Like I've said earlier, I could pick this brewery's products from the beer shelf. đŸ‘đŸ»

Hazy tasty looking beer. The can design is simple and minimalist same as other beers from brewery. Like them a lot but the bear on this is not my favorite and reminds me of some other brewery design... can’t remember what? Nose has some grapefruit and grassy notes. Taste has also grassy aroma and some light grapefruit. Aftertaste is earthly and not so fresh as I was thinking. Have to say the design in the cans have been so far better than the beers. Usually it’s the other way around.

Cottage time! đŸŒČ Quite hazy looking ipa. Lots of light foam. Looks great in overall. The start has some grapefruit and other citruses. The end is quite dry and lasts long. Good while eating some bread! I like the graphic. Ladies here were laughing for the bear and touching the can sticker since it has the texture. That’s a good thing!😄

Tölkki on yksinkertaisuudessaan ihan onnistunut.
