Wildeman (Wild Man) is an old beer from the region of the river Meuse in Limburg, Belgium. Traditionaly brewed with dark malt and speltmalt. It's fine, wine-like aroma comes from adding 8% of three year old, oak barrel-aged Lambic. It is exclusive to the old museum of Bokrijk in Belgium.
