Opaque, pitch black beer with moderate, quick carbonation unleashes a silky, chocolatey head that slowly shrinks to a hair-thin lacing and a neat lace ring on top. The retreating foam marks the glass with multiple tiny spots. The nose experiences massive milk chocolate, bags of cacao nibs and a surprisingly open note of vanilla. The tastebuds fall in trance because of the overwhelming dark chocolate and loads of cacao nibs, seasoned with rather hefty tonka and a faint nutty note. Alcohol is nicely hidden behind the chocolatey veil. The body is full. The beer finishes with overwhelming dark chocolate, a heavy punch of cacao nibs and a lot of tonka. As if I got a tiny injection of chili as well... The aftertaste keeps the tastebuds happy for significantly long. The mouthfeel is extraordinarily round, somewhat sappy and heavily lip-glueing. It's also satiating and truly desserty. Wow! Mouthwatering!
