A Lassi style Gose absolutely loaded with Raspberry and Blackberry. Added just enough salt to give it that authentic character but also lactose for the tropical yoghurt-y mouthfeel.

Un pur jus de framboises de framboises avec une bonne touche d'acidité. La mûre est assez discrète en bouche mais on l'a sent au nez et donne cette couleurs bien sombre à la bière, qui ressemble à un vin rouge du sud ouest ou un verre de sang au choix 😛
