This juicy IPA is wicked in all the right ways. It's dry hopped, unfiltered and bursting with tropical hops for a bright, juicy kick. The result is a deliciously full-bodied Brew that's just waiting to be popped open.

At Whiskey River Ranch in Texas having another Shiner beer. Had this IPA almost 3 years ago. My appreciation for IPAs has grown, or is it my tolerance? Anyway, going to give it another try while sitting out here on the Guadalupe River.
Deep yellow color, has some haze in it, frothy full head but not lasting. Citrus aroma, orange and something tropical. First impression is the hop bitterness. Has citrus notes, grapefruit peel with maybe a splash of orange juice. Finish continues with this adding a salty and dry quality.
Wicked Juicy is just that. Still too much hops compared to the citrus for me. Refreshing on a hot day but I've had milder IPAs that I enjoy much better. Sorry Shiner.

Citrusy/tropical aroma. Taste has a tropical flavor of fruits that I can't quite pinpoint along with a slight hop bite that comes in mid-palate and lasts into the back end. Very juicy, so they got that part right. It's also very refreshing and at under 6% abv, you can have a few on a hot day and still function. High 3.75/5

Color is deep yellow, not quite orange. Moderately hazy. Pronounced citrus aroma. Mild citrus flavor, not very bitter. Dissipates quickly. Very fast crisp dry finish, quickly gone.
