Transparent, pale gold beer with moderate, regular-duration carbonation frees a soft, mousse-like head that initially exceeds one finger. The whipped-creamy layer descends slowly to a more moderate level and leaves thick coverings on the wall of the glass. The nostrils only receive a faint idea of pale malt and a significantly distant touch of diacetyl, otherwise the fragrance is numb. The taste receptors get easily along with the approachable gustatory supply: moderately hopped pale malt constitutes the foundation of the palate. The hops are decent and a bit dry-grassy. I can't get the molten butter or diacetyl anymore. Instead, I find grated lemon peel in a small amount. The body is light. The beer ends with the same characteristics as upfront. A slightly more bitter direction is taken in the aftertaste that remains in the mouth for a rather long time. The mouthfeel is light, thinly crisp and remotely mouth-drying. Overall, this brew is also rather clean and definitely gluggable.

Kerrankin kunnolla katkeroa pilsissä, kevyttä mallasta, reilusti humalaa, tätä pitää saada kesällä.
