My neighbour bought this for me for looking after his cat for the week while he was on holiday. It pours a hazy gold colour with a thin white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is what I can only describe as a cross between a cider and a saison, quite sharp, with a hint of honey and wild saison yeast. Flavour is not as sweet as I was expecting from the honey. It's quite tart from the lemons with a good herby flavour from the rosemary. It has quite a dry finish too. Not my cup of tea but I'm glad I've tried it.

Infused with local honey, rosemary and dried lemons, this is a nicely balanced saison with the acidity of lemon nicely off-setting the sweetness of the honey. The rosemary adds a floral note, typical of a saison. This is light, refreshing, with a complex finish. Nice.
