The nose is full of melon with notes of peach and citrus on top of a background of malt, these flavours carry through to the mouth where the peach drops out to be replaced by a hint of strawberry. The balanced sweetness of the malt is countered by a gentle bitterness which closes the mouth out. Brewed in collaboration with Birrificio Lambrate.
